Refund Policy

AMBER ADORNMENT REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return and exchange policy lasts thirty (30) days from the date of your purchase. If thirty (30) days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned such as gift cards, if offered.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) business days. Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within the time allotted, please first check with your bank or Credit Card Company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@amberadornment.com.

Closeout items

Only regular priced or regular sale items may be refunded. Unfortunately, closeout items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item (if that item is still available), send us an email at customerservice@amberadornment.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased by another and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver/original purchaser had the order shipped to them to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver/original purchaser.

To return your product for a refund or exchange, please mail it to us by regular United States Postal Service mail at:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, any shipping costs you originally paid are non-refundable. If you are due a refund on a returned item and your package was sent back COD, the amount paid on delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50 (50 USD), you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to the possibility of loss, theft or damage before we receive it.
